COMENTARIO: El presente estudio es una investigación molecular por la técnica de PCR- RT, para identificar la presencia del virus Covid-
19 en células de la muestra.
Un resultado Positivo del estudio indica la presencia del o los GENES N, S , E y RdRP para COVID 19. Se sugiere repetir el estudio de PCR- RT entre 10 y 15 días, hasta que la prueba sea negativa.
- Un resultado Negativo del estudio, no excluye la presencia del virus en un número de copias inferior al descrito de 100 copias /mL, por lo
que, si aparece sintomatología moderada a grave, se sugiere repetir el estudio.
COMMENT: This study is a molecular investigation by the RT-PCR technique, to identify the presence of the Covid-19 virus in cells of the sample.
A Positive result of the study indicates the presence of the RdRP GENE, N GENE,
E GENE and S GEN for COVID 19. It is suggested to repeat the RT-PCR study between 10 and 15 days, until the test is negative.
- A Negative result of the study does not exclude the presence of the virus in a copy number lower than the one described of 100 copies / mL,
therefore, if moderate to severe symptoms appear, it is suggested to repeat the study
